- Removed chimney breast to attic level supported with gallows bracket
- One window and one door bricked up
- New opening created into cupboard space
- Installed quadruple leaf French doors to rear
- Floor leveled with plywood
- All plumbing work and surface mounted electrics chased into walls
- 4 oak doors and casings installed
- Oak skirting and architraves fitted throughout
- Re-plasterboard of bedroom and new kitchen area
- Full kitchen installed complete with appliances, tiles and custom built breakfast bar and gas meter cupboard
